For active sites we'll set a standing pickup so you never have to think about it. For property managers, we work from lockbox codes and turn units around fast enough for the cleaners to follow the next day.
We also do the front end: brush hogging and lot clearing on raw land so surveyors, dirt crews and fence builders can get to work.

Contractor questions
Can you do scheduled pickups?
Yes. End-of-day, end-of-phase, or a standing weekly pickup on active sites. Set it once and it just happens.
Do you invoice, or is it pay-on-the-day?
Either. Homeowner jobs are paid on completion. Contractors and property managers with repeat work can be invoiced by the job or by the month.
How much notice do you need?
A day is plenty for most pickups. Same-day is often possible if you text before noon. Lot clearing gets scheduled a few days out after a site look.
Can you work from a lockbox or gate code?
Yes. Most of our property manager work is done without anyone on site. Send the code and the unit, and you'll get a before-and-after photo.
Do you take heavy material?
Concrete, brick, shingles and dirt in reasonable amounts, priced by weight. For a full roof tear-off or a big slab, ask and we'll tell you whether a trailer or a roll-off makes more sense.
