Old sheds, fences, decks, carports, above-ground pools and playsets come down with hand tools and a skid steer, go straight onto the trailer, and are gone the same day.
It's usually the first step in something else: a new fence going in, a shed being replaced, a backyard getting a real patio, a property being cleaned up to sell or rent. We work around your timeline so the next contractor can start the day after.
Posts come out with the concrete around them. Nails and screws get picked up. Everything is hauled off and disposed of properly. You get a clean footprint, not a pile.

What structures will you tear down?
Sheds, carports, wood and chain-link fences, decks, pergolas, playsets, above-ground pools, hot tubs, dog runs, old chicken coops and similar. Anything that comes apart with hand tools and a skid steer. Houses and garages with foundations are a different trade.
Do I need a permit to remove a shed or fence?
Rules vary by city and HOA, and checking is on the property owner. Some cities want a demolition permit, especially for anything on a permanent foundation. If something looks like it might need one, we'll say so, but we're not the permit authority.
Can you remove the concrete slab or fence posts too?
Fence posts, yes, including the concrete around them. Slabs and footings in reasonable amounts, yes, priced by weight. Big slabs need a breaker and we'll quote that separately.
What if there's stuff inside the shed?
We empty it first as part of the job. Tell us roughly how full it is and we'll fold that into the price.
How long does a tear-down take?
A fence or shed is usually a few hours to a day, including haul-off. Bigger decks and structures with concrete can run two days.
